Each package includes a curated mix of lush tropical plants—scaled and styled for specific event zones like entrances, lounges, stages, photo moments, and product displays. The layouts are intentionally built to create depth, softness, and structure in any space.

What’s included with a plant styling package?

All of our plug-and-play packages include:

  • On-site styling and teardown

  • All service fees and sales tax

  • Designer-selected tropical plants in a mix of sizes (XL, Large, Medium, Small)

  • Scaled groupings for maximum visual impact

  • Layouts designed for high-impact event zones like entrances, lounges, stages, and photo ops

Delivery, setup, and pickup are offered at a flat rate of $600 within the New Orleans metro area.

Do you offer custom styling or package bundles?

Absolutely. While our curated packages are designed to work across most event layouts, we also offer custom builds and multi-zone styling for clients who need something specific. Let us know your floorplan, theme, or creative brief—we’ll take it from there.

Do you offer lighting, branded elements, or decorative accents?

Yes! We offer a curated selection of enhancements to elevate your space further:

Add-on pricing varies based on the layout and package selected. Let us know what you're envisioning—we’ll help you build a layered look that fits seamlessly with your greenery styling.

Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes — we require a $1,500 minimum spend (before delivery) for all bookings. This ensures we can provide the right level of impact and styling for your event.

Do you have any seasonal promotions?

Yes! Let’s Get Tropical! Booking Bonus: Book by August 31, 2025 and receive a complimentary check-in table vignette or small lounge zone styling included with your package.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 months before your event to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like spring, fall, and festival weekends. Early booking allows time to lock in layouts, add-ons, and custom requests.

What’s your deposit & cancellation policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. If you cancel, 50% of your deposit amount can be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months.
